The Aim of Swami Vivekananda Vidyapith is to train up pupils for an all round development of body, mind, intellect and spirit. Efforts are, therefore, made to maintain a congenial atmosphere inside the school campus. So, observance to certain rules is of primary importance to run the school smoothly
- Students are supposed to wear prescribed school uniform. School uniform is a must for uniformity in appearance so as to avoid any type of complex amongst students. Uniform must be neat and clean
- A code of conduct is to be followed by students. Act of violence, use of abusive language, violation of discipline shall be strictly viewed. In school van also students must maintain their dignity and courtesy.
- No undesirable things or luxury goods or jewellery are to be brought in the school. Also no cash is to be kept with the students
- Students must maintain discipline as soon as they enter the school campus and cannot leave school before the school breaks up without the permission of the Head Mistress.
- Every student must carry the school diary (supplied by the school) everyday. The diary is to be checked and signed by the parent regularly.
- School is very strict about punctuality. Late comers are not allowed to enter the school premises
- Students are expected to be very regular in school. If they are absent from school for some unavoidable reasons, parents should give a note in the diary. In case of long leave, application must be submitted to the Head Mistress.
- Parent teacher meeting is generally held after every term exam when parents can meet the respective class teacher to discuss their child’s performance. At other time, during school hour, parents wish to meet subject teachers must take prior permission of the Head Mistress

- Tuition fees are to be paid within 15 of every month. In case the fee is not paid in time, a late fine of ` 20/- will be charged within that month and a late fine of ` 100/-will be charged for crossing of that month. Fees and charges are to be paid for all the 12 months of the academic year
- A student will not be allowed to sit in the annual exam, if dues are not cleared
- Participation in curriculum and co-curriculur activities including games and physical exercises is compulsory.
- Progress report cards will be sent to the parents after each term exam and the same duly signed by guardian should be returned within 2 days. Promotion to next class is granted in accordance with a whole year progress
- Books and copies of pupils must be wrapped in brown paper and must bear the name and class of the pupil. Other things like water bottles, tiffin boxes, sweaters, scarfs should bear the name of the pupil
- Damaging of any school property will not be entertained and the offender will be charged for the same.
- Guardians should never blame the teachers or ayas for any inconvenience caused. The school ensures for utmost care and safety of the students
- The school management tries to provide conveyance facility to maximum no. of students. Children will be picked up in school van and dropped at the specified points. Those who will avail the facility are expected to reach the point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
- The School management will not be responsible for any conveyance problem or any unavoidable situations of the same.
- Extra set of School Diary, Tie, Belt and Badge will cost extra
